Sumugan Sivanesan

Sumugan Sivanesan is an anti-disciplinary artist, researcher and writer whose interests include: migrant histories, minority politics, activist media, artist infrastructures and more-than-human rights. His current project, fugitive radio, produces live and collectively-realised modes of performance or participatory radio using free/libre and open source tools. It considers (net) radio as a “sociable media” and proposes that such communities indicate a counter-culture to dominant corporate social media regimes. fugitive-radio.net.
