Framer Framed is pleased to introduce artist, designer and educator Savva Dudin as a 2026 recipient of 3Package Deal from Amsterdams Fonds voor de Kunst. The artist was nominated by the coalition of Framer Framed, Waag and Hackers & Designers..
Savva Dudin is an artist, designer and educator. Trained as a political sociologist, his practice has since evolved into the design of serious play, branching into teaching, environmental simulations and artistic performance. Through performative enactments, larping workshops and shared communal acts, the artist studies how groups sustain themselves through rule-making, focusing on the interplay between adaptive, organic processes and more structured, feedback-driven systems in emerging political forms.
About
Each year, Amsterdams Fonds voor de Kunst (AFK) selects international artists based in Amsterdam to support through their 3Package Deal programme. They form coalitions of renowned art institutions from Amsterdam per art discipline, who then nominate recipients for that year.
Framer Framed works together with Waag Futurelab and Hackers & Designers within the field of Social Design. Previous Framer Framed awardees of the 3Package Deal include Michèle Boulognen (2025), Thais di Marco (2024), Mary Farwy (2023) and Yara Said (2022).
