Juliana Prado Godoy

Juliana Prado Godoy is an Architect based in São Paulo and develops projects in different fields such as exhibition design, production design and scenography.

Among her works are the exhibition designs for Raio-que-o-parta: fictions of modern in Brazil at SESC 24 de Maio, in São Paulo; Solo exhibition of Hélio Oiticica and Fayga Ostrower, at the Rio de Janeiro Museum of Modern Art; Cruz-Diez: The freedom of colour, at Espaço cultural Porto Seguro, São Paulo; Irradiações – Fábio Penteado, at Casa da Aquitectura, in Porto.

She has worked with artists like Hermeto Pascoal, Papisa and Livia Mattos as a production designer and scenographer. Juliana has also done the production design, scenography and co-direction of Alessandra Leão’s concert, “Macumbas e Catimbós”. It premiered at Niemeyer’s Auditório Ibirapuera, and was voted among the three best concerts of 2019 in Brazil.

Juliana Prado Godoyis the exhibition designer of the exhibition The Silence of Tired Tongues (2022) curated by Raphael Fonseca which takes place between 24 April to 31 July at Framer Framed, Amsterdam.
