Razan Hassan
Razan Hassan is a Syrian artist and filmmaker who lives in the Netherlands. She has her own production company Ouzzi Pink Productions. A recurring theme in her films is ‘alienation’ and her goal is to break stereotypes. In 2018, she made the short film Before I Forget with which she won several awards.
Razan’s creative insight into art and film leads to a connection between those two fields. By closely approaching people’s lives, she discovers some cultural narratives underneath the exposed feature of society.
