Laura Samsom Rous

Laura Samsom Rous was born in 1939 in Bandung, Indonesia. In 1946 she moved to the Netherlands with her mother, brother and sister. In 1967 she took a course at the Famous Photographers School in Brussels. From 1967 to 1970 she studied cultural anthropology at the University of Amsterdam. Her art has been exhibited several times in e.g. Amsterdam, Arnhem and Berlin. Sometimes she collaborates with her husband Hans Samsom.
