Jagath Weerasinghe – Chairman of Theertha International Arts Collective, Sri Lanka – talks about the project Ape Game, a project that involves the community to do research on cultural and historical heritage. It channels the community energy to preserve, manage and value the heritage as collective responsibility and emphasis that irrespective of which ethnic/ religious root reflects these cultural and historical property it is nevertheless be viewed as part of overall Sri Lankan heritage and therefore it is the collective responsibility of the immediate community to preserve and respect it.
