Korakrit Arunanondchai

Thai-born, New York and Bangkok-based artist Korakrit Arunanondchai (1986, Bangkok, Thailand), explores a shifting, polymorphous exploration of identity, personal archives and narratives, cultural representation and the status of the artist in the post-human era.

A graduate from the Rhode Island School of Design (2009) and Columbia University (2012), Arunanondchai has shown his work internationally, with solo exhibitions at venues including Museion, Bolzano, Italy (2016); Palais de Tokyo, Paris, France (2015) and MoMA PS1, New York, USA (2014). Recent group exhibitions include Berlin Biennale, DE; Sydney Biennale, AU; Beware Wet Paint, ICA, London, UK; and Unauthorized Medium (2018) at Framer Framed in Amsterdam, NL.
