Atria – Institute on gender equality and women’s history is a public library and research institute in Amsterdam dedicated to research and policy advice on gender equality and to the documentation and archival of women’s history. Atria collects, manages, and shares the heritage of women and, on the basis of research and facts, promotes equal treatment of women and men in all diversity. Atria has signed the Dutch Diversity Charter.
Atria examines the current position of women in society and provides advice for future policy. Policymakers, politicians, opinion makers, companies, and civil society organizations can approach us for advice, research, and interpretation of facts and numbers.
