The Little Red Kitchen
The Little Red Kitchen is a food and mutual aid collective that works from the belief that cooking is always political. Operating from the idea that food is not a commodity but a fundamental need that everybody should have access to, they provide free or low-cost meals, host solidarity dinners, and raise funds for crucial causes. A key part of their work involves redistributing leftover food to shelters across Rotterdam. They use shared meals to support their community and bring people together, aiming to create a center of care and connection for those with revolutionary spirits, building counter-power – one meal at a time.
