Sinin Nakhle is a researcher, cartoon artist and storyteller working at the intersection of bodies, platforms and protest. He is the creator of the web comic series Beirut By Dyke, whose stories have appeared on Netflix, the literary journal nY and Playwrights Canada Press. An NWO-funded PhD candidate in Media Studies and Cultural Analysis at the University of Amsterdam, his research explores how political bodies are rendered actionable (mobilised, stigmatised, or weaponised) across digital visual cultures in Lebanon and Palestine.
