Pepijn van Eeden

Pepijn van Eeden is a historian and strategic advisor based in Paris, working at the intersection of culture, art and fashion. Trained in cultural history and political theory, and formerly lecturing at Université libre de Bruxelles, he brings a historian’s method to Monstrous Waters, tracing how water has shaped the Dutch landscape, imagination, and everyday life through local histories and myth. Alongside project-based work and artistic collaboration, he currently runs BURO VAN EEDEN, an advisory bureau in the creative industry, lectures at Institut Français de la Mode and mentors emerging creative designers at the same institution. He has held leadership roles at Marine Serre, Carven, Ludovic de Saint Sernin.
