Pauli Mast

Pauli Mast (he/they) is a queer visual artist based in Amsterdam who works with paper-on-paper collages. Images are cut out from their familiar contexts and brought together into new, somewhat surreal worlds. Themes like identity, sexuality, and imagination play a central role in their work. Without a fixed narrative, Pauli invites you to create your own meaning – to wander, associate, and maybe even get a little lost. What once seemed familiar takes on a different weight. Pauli’s collages don’t ask for conclusions, but for attention. Everything is left open.
