Framer Framed

Dennis Overeem (Amsterdam, 1971) is a writer, director and actor and, together with actress Dewi Reijs and producer In-Soo Radstake, the founder of the Buddy Film Foundation. This foundation was established to connect refugee film professionals with Dutch film professionals with the main goal of helping them to find paid work in their own field.

Dennis was one of the guardians of the model of AZC Markelo. For two years, the object stood in the entrance hall of the building where the Buddy office is located. For Tussenlanding Dennis and his team of refugee makers follow Milena Mulders and Hanneke Verbeek in their process to find the best place for the model. This may result in a feature-length documentary.
