Dani

Dani (he/him), originally from Assen, began dancing at fifteen. His passion lies in waacking (punking), a 1970s style born in LA’s LGBT clubs, characterized by rapid arm movements and dramatic poses, deeply rooted in self-identity and freedom. Having completed his hip-hop training at Creative College Utrecht, Dani’s understanding of dance’s cultural roots runs deep. He offers a unique approach, treating dance as a living story, imbued with its cultural origins. He invites participants to discover their “fire” through music and movement, fostering an environment where all levels can express, learn, and grow while honoring the rich cultural context behind each style,
