The exhibition space is located on the first floor, next to restaurant THT.

On Sunday 9 Oct, Stichting Tolhuistuin and RIGHTABOUTNOW INC will organize their montly Tori evening at Framer Framed!

Tori is a Sunday afternoon with one main guest, derived from the Surinamese word tori – “story”. For this edition the guest will be South African choreographer, director & professor Jay Pather. He is curator of Infecting The City Festival and currently artistic director of Afrovibes Festival 2016.

The event will take place at Framer Framed, amidst our current exhibition Re(as)sisting Narratives, curated by Chandra Frank. Re(as)sisting Narratives  explores lingering legacies of colonialism between South Africa and the Netherlands through engaging with contemporary artists from both countries.

Entry: €7.50
Language: the evening is mostly (but not exclusively) English-spoken.
