The aim of the Young Collectors Circle is to inspire a new generation of art collectors; not only to enrich their own lives but also to sustainably support the art sector. The motto and mission of the Circle “Saving the art world, one artwork at a time” is currently more applicable than ever.
Every week Young Collectors Circle offers an exciting and varied online and offline program, where members meet artists, professionals, seasoned collectors and other art lovers. The Circle’s events range from an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour at an auction house to a visit to an extraordinary private collection, and from a talk show about the value of art to a peek inside artists’ studios.
The programming of Young Collectors Circle is curated based on current events and diversity: the programs show the art sector in all its plurality and multifacetedness. This means that the Circle is actively working to create a balance in the program, paying extra attention to diversity and inclusion. In addition, artists or projects are chosen that are currently relevant.
