The housing market has been under considerable pressure for some time now, and this will only increase in the coming years. We expect more homes to be needed in every area; for families, single households, and seniors. That is why we work on affordable, fine homes for the social rental sector and the private sector.
At de Alliante, we believe that everyone should be able to participate in society. Our mission contributes to this: to offer people a home, a place that contributes to pleasant living and living. That is why we build and manage (social) rental homes for people with a modest or middle-income. We also help vulnerable people to find a home.
We do not think of quick successes but are committed to long-term solutions. We want to contribute to connection, set the housing market in motion, and work to preserve the earth. We build new homes as sustainably as possible and our existing homes will be CO2 neutral before 2050. For us, sustainability also means that everyone can continue to participate. That our tenants can not only pay for their homes today but also next year and thirty years from now. We only really contribute to a sustainable world if sustainable living is and remains accessible to everyone. Together with our tenants, governments, construction companies, and other partners, we can really make a difference!
