Shirin Mirachor

Shirin Mirachor is the founder of Get Me and (A)WAKE. She received her bachelor’s degree in Arts Management and a master’s in Art and Economics from Utrecht School of the Arts (HKU) in 2009. Working between the Netherlands’ burgeoning art scene and international brands, she has slowly but surely developed herself into a brand strategist for so-called youth culture. Being a Third Culture Kid herself, she has always been passionate about representation, inclusivity and (political)awareness within the creative sector. In 2017, she decided to use her ‘branding talent’ to fully focus on Get Me, a community-based creative agency for a new generation of artists, designers, entrepreneurs and social justice activists born and raised in a media saturated world. With projects such as VOTE, Catalyse and HIPSTER/MUSLIM, Get Me has proven itself as a viable platform for social consciousness projects that appeal to youth culture. She feels that now it’s time to take it to the next level with New Radicalism.

On the 2nd of February 2020, Framer Framed invited New Radicalism for a panel discussion, co-hosted by Shirin Mirachor and Narges Mohammadi.
