In Solidarity With Ukraine

In the light of the war against Ukraine, Framer Framed would like to express its opposition to the aggression and condemn acts of violence. We stand in solidarity with the Ukrainian people and all those affected by the invasion. Framer Framed is currently working with institutions across the Netherlands to facilitate emergency support for artists and art workers affected by the war. Please contact residency@framerframed.nl if you are or know someone in need. Official letters of invitation from our institution are also available.

We support and encourage others to sign the petition initiated by L’Internationale calling for art institutions and communities to express their opposition to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, accessible here.

Framer Framed opposes and condemns all acts of violence, from Ukraine to ongoing conflicts in Syria, Yemen, Somalia, Afghanistan and elsewhere. We hope and plead that refugees from all regions of the world will receive a generous welcome.
