Over Werkplaats Molenwijk<\/h5>\n

Werkplaats Molenwijk is de tweede projectruimte van Framer Framed, waarbij er veel ruimte is voor samenwerking en ontmoeting. Bezoekers kunnen programma\u2019s initi\u00ebren, deelnemen aan de organisatie, genieten van presentaties en workshops, met elkaar in gesprek gaan \u00e9n samen eten. Verder biedt Werkplaats Molenwijk ruimte aan een kunstenaarsresidentie, waarbij kunstenaars tijdelijk hun intrek nemen in de wijk en daarbij in dialoog met de buurt nieuw werk maken.<\/p>\n

Wat kan je verwachten bij Werkplaats Molenwijk?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Grote, flexibele ruimte met 4 verplaatsbare tafels.
\n\u2022 Zitplaatsen voor 40\u201345 personen (20 stoelen standaard, 20 extra beschikbaar).
\n\u2022 Kleine keuken (filterkoffieapparaat, waterkoker, melkopschuimer).
\n\u2022 Aparte slaapkamer (tweepersoonsbed + bureau) voor kunstenaars in residentie.
\n\u2022 Opslagruimte.
\n\u2022 Boekenkast met boeken over kunst, cultuur, tuinieren en meer.
\n\u2022 Projector + witte muur geschikt voor projectie.
\n\u2022 Grote Bluetooth-speaker (Behringer Eurolive B115W).
\n\u2022 Wanden tonen regelmatig wisselende kunstwerken van buurtbewoners.<\/p>\n

Toegankelijkheid: Ingang<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Begane grond, onder de parkeergaragehelling.
\n\u2022 Ingang aan de parkzijde.
\n\u2022 Niet volledig rolstoeltoegankelijk:
\n– Deur ligt 55 cm hoger dan de stoep.
\n– Er staat een opstap van 30 cm, maar dit kan lastig zijn voor sommige bezoekers.
\n– Er is een losse oprijplaat beschikbaar \u2013 geschikt voor rollators en sommige lichte rolstoelen. Deze wordt door medewerkers standaard ge\u00efnstalleerd bij openbare activiteiten.
\n– Zware\/motorische rolstoelen kunnen de drempel niet passeren.
\n– Ingangsdeuren: 2 naar binnen opende deuren. Samen geopend: 136 cm breed x 195 cm hoog<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Twee verplaatsbare staande lampen beschikbaar.
\n\u2022 Beperkt daglicht in sommige delen van de ruimte.<\/p>\n

Geluid<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Mogelijke geluidsoverlast door:
\n– auto\u2019s die over het dak rijden (trillingen, motorgeluid),
\n– activiteiten in de naastgelegen Molenwijkkamer,
\n– enkelglas (geluid van buiten hoorbaar binnen, en omgekeerd).
\n– Noise-cancelling koptelefoons beschikbaar op verzoek.<\/p>\n
